John Couri is a first-year student at the School of Dental Medicine. As he starts his dental education, John is looking forward to the School’s integrated curriculum with the medical sciences. “Not only am I excited to learn in an environment where medicine and oral health are equally valued, but I also hope to utilize a medical lens to better connect people with oral health care and education," he said. “In Boston, I want to be involved locally by serving individuals who lack access to quality dental care and resources, especially those in Black and Brown communities.” --- Get to know some of our new and returning students as we prepare to welcome our community back to campus this fall. #Harvard #HSDM
