A part of our Black History Month celebrations included a powerful schoolwide assembly on Wednesday, led by our BSU with special guest performances by the Grant High School Drumline, McClatchy High School and Winston Churchill Middle School Step Teams and inspirational spoken word poet Chris Coon, known as “Coon the Poet.” We are all PERFECT the way we are… and have PURPOSE in all we do. #WearYourHeart Because it takes HEART to have HEART.
