Iโ€™ve had lots of ankle injuries in the past and this routine has definitely helped me get back and stay healthy. Here it is: - 1 minute lax ball roll out each foot - 3 x 10 banded ankle pumps - 3 x 10 kettlebell raises each - 1 minute ankle raised lunge each leg - 3 x 10 tibialis raises enjoy ๐Ÿค #anklemobility #mobilityroutine
