Miss. MVSU, Symone Daniels, is a native of Belzoni, Miss. She is the daughter of Amber Daniels and the late Darry Edwards. Symone is a valedictorian graduate of the 2014 class of Humphreys County High School, where she served as Miss Humphreys County High School. After graduation, Symone began her rewarding journey at Mississippi Valley State University majoring in biology with a minor in chemistry. She is and has been actively involved on and around the campus as a mentor, counselor, trailblazer, and SGA treasurer (2015). Ms. Daniels strives to influence college students to dream bigger than their imagination, regardless of their circumstances or situations, and to always exceed their own expectations because nothing is impossible when you dream and have God to direct your path. #GOMVSU
