So here we have part 2 of 3 of the Push, Pull, Legs Routine! If you missed the Push workout we posted it at this time yesterday as our workout of the day!

Focus on a slow smooth tempo of 3 seconds per rep to really feel the muscles working especially when you’re training the lats!

The last thing you want to do when training the back is to do herky jerky movements as you are much more susceptible to injure yourself, maintain a strong stance with good posture in all standing movements, keep your shouldrs back, chest out and focus on controlling your breathing through each rep.
