🍖 A big chunk of muscle on your arms is the triceps, and if you want to get bigger arms, you should definitely be training your triceps!

A common mistake many novices make is to only focus on isolation exercises for the tricep, but what you actually want to do is incorporate Compound Movements! (yeah I promote compounds almost every day, but it's for one huge reason - They are effective!)

🏋️♂️ Compound movements for your triceps include Dips and Bench Press (a close grip makes it target your triceps more, and you're able to lift heavy weights on it).

Some things to focus on:
🔹Lift more weight over time (progressive overloading).
🔹 Use Dumbbells, Barbells and Cables.
🔹 Use compound exercises (here I go again 🤷♂️).
🔹 Concentrate on Mind-Muscle connection and Squeeze your triceps.
