BACK AND UPPER BODY STRENGTHENING AND RECOVERY
Improve the coordination and mobility of your back with a spinal wave in a cat pose.
Position yourself centred on your Waff Medium on all fours.
Align your spine from pelvis to head.
When exhaling, start a flexion from the lower back, going section-by-section up to your head.
Then on inhale, begin extending also from the lower back dominoing all the way up your back until you lift your head.
