Waff App exercise #1/3 Relax your back and improve your range of motion with pelvis and head dissociation. 10 reps of 2. Lie on 2 fully inflated Waff Minis. Place the first under your head and shoulders with the second under the lower back/pelvic region. Slowly dissociate the rotation of your head from that of your pelvis. Do the movement without forcing the issue by alternating from one side to the other side.
