Coaching✨ Seeing these young Blue Devils show up day in and day out, putting in work, learning, and growing has been a major source of inspiration for me. When I couldn’t step on the track due to injury, watching them move and progress lit a fire in me and has made me an even better sprinter. - I am in awe of how these student athletes (some of whom are crushing it at ACC Indoors right now, 5 of 5 PRs in the 400 today for example!!) navigate the challenges of virtual school, less social outlets, and the mental challenges that come with it all.
