As excited as I am for the everywomans marathon in November, I am not so thrilled about training through an Arizona summer. Let’s be real, it’s going to be hot as heck all the way into October so I have no choice but to adapt and adjust. Some mornings I wake up super early to try and beat the heat (it’s still 90 degrees+ sometimes) and other days I endure my most hated form of training... the treadmill.
