Coasting is for downhill or staying on the same elevation; the work you put in into yourself is for climbing. This year (and a bit) I took a chance, moved to an expensive city that intimidated this small town boy and worked my ass off to learn as much as I could in photo, video and editing techniques. Treated this opportunity to reinvent my direction like an internship with me, myself, and the school of YouTube and internet. I wasn't sure of myself the whole time, but I looked at it logically when my emotions felt more like a lost puppy so I could stay the course, because those feelings are normal as hell. Remember to invest in yourself. Don't be afraid to reinvent your direction even if it means you take a step back monetarily or on your societal influenced timeline - you can't push forward if you can't build a passionate momentum on the hill you climb.
