Weekend Recap!! The Beach started off the season with two WCHC conference games against LMU & Chapman. Friday against LMU the Beach controlled play through the first half of the games taking a 2-0 lead, but penalties and defensive zone break downs would allow the Lions to score 4 unanswered goals before the end of the 2nd. The Beach would get one back early in the 3rd and continue to press throughout the final period. Unfortunately LMU was able to fight off the Beach and would score another late in the 3rd winning the game 5-3. Saturday the Beach looked to redeem the Friday night loss against Chapman. Long Beach was able to score early and often with multiple players getting on the score sheet through the game! The Beach would get into double digits before the end of the 2nd eventually winning the game 19-0. After finishing the weekend 1-1 the Beach looks to learn from its mistakes and improve as a group with 2 more home games coming this weekend on Friday against UC San Diego & Satu...
