I recently was asked about what keeps customers coming back to the Centre St. location. Although the obvious answer is the beer, my response touched on the space and its origin story. This place might not be shiny and new but it has a history that can be seen if you simply look around. I’ve seen realtommykane around the taproom the past few days and noticed he was drawing something that looked quite familiar to me. It was our packaging hall. It was beautiful. I’m often accustomed to seeing our hall filled with pallets, cans, hoses, stacks of cardboard, and the list goes on. But with Tommy’s drawing, I saw this place with a different set of lens.
