My Mom always made a big deal out of every little achievement I accomplished growing up. I didn’t have to be the best at everything, I just needed to know that I could do it. She wanted me to believe in myself and her cheering me on was what got me there. She still does this today.🥹 Like Mother, like daughter I have chosen to take her style of empowerment and apply it to my leadership skills. Sofia is improving on so many levels and it’s important for me to make sure she feels it and sees it. This, you already know about me.
