Often times I get to meet some great people from the BIPOC community who are working behind the bar at a brewery or local bar. Sometimes I am told how they’ve been following me on IG and wish they can do what I am doing…brewing. And I always respond with: “Why don’t you?” Sometimes, their answer is usually the same: It looks scary, I don’t have any experience, I don’t know if I can do it, I don’t know where to begin, Who would hire me…etc,. To my amazing BIPOC community who are on here who also might be thinking the same thing, to you I say: Enough of that kind of talk. You are fully capable of starting from somewhere to get to where you want to be in this industry.
