I set up a new training format for our brew deck. The goal was to allow new brewers to understand the importance of shift expectations and how to safely and efficiently flow on the deck while producing quality wort. After my bosses reviewed the format they gave me the green light to test it on our Brewer in training for these two weeks. I can’t tell you how great it feels to see your efforts come to life and have it work out. PM shift training for this brewer is almost done. AM shift is up next which is the most challenging.
