Pastry Town is around the corner and with that comes the OHWF. This will be our 6th forum and excited to have my first panel with some really good humans in the industry. I’ll be asking 10 questions that will spark conversations amongst a Director of Brewery Operations, two brewery owners and a scholarship recipient from the Michael Jackson Foundation of Brewing and Distilling. It was important for me to get responses from an ownership, leadership, and employee perspective. I felt this was a direction that was best suited for an event like Pastry Town.
