“You’re always working hard like a man.” He said. “No, I work hard like a woman.” I responded. “No, you work harder. Like a man. Men work harder.” He continued. “No. Women work just as hard as men. If I am working harder, it’s because I’m not taken seriously when I work hard.” I insisted. “Hm…ok.” He understood. When cultural and generational differences are face to face but do not clash at work. This was an interesting conversation to have in passing.
