Took a train out to DC this morning to take part in the pinkbootsdc and otherhalfdc brew day, beautifully executed by OHDC’s FOH extraordinaire alakaka, rightproperbeer Pilot Head Brewer lilyschulz, and the lovely professionalcandice from silverbranchus. These three are the pinkbootssociety Chapter Leaders for DC and so appreciative to be welcomed by this group of amazing women. It’s been almost a year since my last visit assisting in the opening of this location. I’ve missed this brew team very much and happy to see how much they’ve grown as a legit unit. Currently on a train back to New York, as I am expected back on the floor tomorrow morning. My people, I cannot express enough the importance of loving what you do for a living.
