You first envision what you want to create. When it’s all said and done you take a step back and ask yourself, have I achieved what I envisioned? Last week’s Women’s Forum called for many things in the industry, but most of all, it called for representation. Looking through these photos reminds me how much we celebrated diversity and inclusion that night. We spoke softly at first, but as the night continued and the support from the audience beamed without fail, we spoke louder and with fierce intention.
