I’m sure you’ve heard that touchups on permanent makeup procedures are important but guess what? They aren’t “required”!
We use to say “it’s a two step process” but over time we have perfected our process in a way that reduces
the need for a touchup. We still encourage our clients to come in at 8 weeks if they need it but many have 90% retention from the first session.
Here’s a few ways we ensure the best possible retention in one appointment:
🖤 We have needle knowledge and choose the correct needle configuration for our clients skin type. Sometimes it’s a 1rl maybe it’s a 3rl or a 3rs or a 5rl.
🖤 We tweak the aftercare instructions based on YOUR skin type. Healing is not a one size fits all approach. In general most skin will follow a consistent healing process but other times it doesn’t. We can recognize which skin needs twice a day ointment and which clients will need 3-4 times per day of ointment
