🔻10 dead stop handstand push ups
Rest :30
🔻10 DB incline press
Rest :30
🔻20 Overhead DB tricep extensions
Rest 3:00 between sets

🔹Dead stop strict handstand push up- The goal of these is to increase raw pressing power by taking away any sort of bounce you get from hitting your head. If 10 reps is too many, take 40% of your max set of strict HSPU.

🔹DB incline bench press- This is used to mimic the strict handstand push up in a different form. Changing the angle of the bench each time you do this can be beneficial to make sure you are hitting all the muscle groups.

🔹Overhead DB tricep extension- Perfect for smashing those triceps and gaining some muscle endurance. This exercise also will help with the lockout of the HSPU.
