Using a tempo on lifts can be life changing for people. Literally.👇🏻

If you struggle with joint pain you need to strengthen those tendons. That’s exactly what tempo work does.

Anytime my body is feeling achy I’ll change my lifts to a slower tempo and I end up feeling better after.

I know lifting HUGE weights all the time is the cool thing, but lifting pretty heavy weights with complete control is more impressive🤷🏼‍♂️
