Sometimes we need to remember how far we have come to see how far we’re going to go. I wasn’t supposed to wake up, relearn how to talk and walk and function, to be self-sufficient, or to do any of the things that have gotten me to this point. I’m learning to become more and more grateful for every new opportunity that presents itself *in the moment*, and to make the best out of every situation that I find myself in.
