George Edmondson Jr., better known as Mr. Two Bits is the iconic cheerleader of the Florida Gators. While attending football games Mr. Two Bits traveled the stadium, section by section, and encouraged fans to cheer for the students. Mr. Edmondson pioneered this unwavering support of the Gators and inspired thousands to rally behind the students and cheer for them. 50 years later his enthusiasm for students is still felt at the start of every football game and on UF Giving Day.
