Eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be complicated or difficult. It just takes a little bit of intentionality and creativity. I get asked all the time how I’m able to be so “disciplined” with my health and nutrition. The answer is simple, I know that the choices I make and way I live on a daily basis makes me feel good so they are easy choices to make. Delaying a little bit of short term gratification (for example eating donuts or binging on Netflix) allows me to experience way more benefits and “good feelings” over the course of the day and week and month and year.
