#WesternMustangs westernualumni Kate Current, is headed to the paris2024 Summer Olympics, representing teamcanada in the Women’s 1500m at her first Olympic Games. 🏅 #Mustangs Cross Country Head Coach Guy Schultz will also be at the games, helping to coach Current in what will be her first Olympic competition. A member of the #Mustangs westernmustangstfxc teams while she was at Western University, Current’s achievement is a culmination of a lot of hard work, discipline, commitment and most importantly, it was all part of a plan - a plan that was put in place four years ago, at westernuniversity with Mustangs Cross Country Head Coach, Guy Schultz. Current’s first race will take place August 6, 2024 in Saint-Denis, France.
