Almost time for the long journey home- I’ll be driving back to Kansas City to visit for a couple weeks while I add some finishing touches to the van, and am mentally preparing for the 28+ hour trip. As weird as it may sound, the opportunity to spend some time in my own head on the road is something I look forward to.
