I don’t know how many of you take time to read these ridiculously long captions I write, but I appreciate any of you who do or don’t regardless. Either way, this form of expression is more for my own benefit anyway- it’s a method of externalizing things I’m going through, noticing, or recalling. I don’t read as often as I write, and that simply needs to change, but I have been fortunate to have had access to many valuable discussions lately about personalities, tapping into self-awareness, and looking inwards to find out more about why I behave certain ways and how I operate as a person. Stepping outside of yourself can be so very healthy, and gaining understanding of your values and what you need to function healthily has become very prominent in myself and people I’m surrounded by. This overall awareness of our differences can be more helpful than harmful and I encourage you to dive into some of that depth with your family & friends.
