Taking a break from the confinement of a consistent grid- This moment was captured while driving from Malaga to Seville. I was surprised by the geography of Spain; all I expected to see was farmland and beaches, but the landscape contained not mountains necessarily, but mammoth stones that had been carved into the horizon. Their shapes were unlike any I’ve seen, even more rugged than the Cascades and too wild for any Rockies.
