Yesterday was spent on the summit of Mt. Evans (not pictured here, yet). Though this moment was weeks ago and hundreds of miles away, the sentiment is the same; take time to sit & stare. In those places that provoke peace or power, challenge yourself to slow your thoughts and just be. Whether that looks like sitting next to a friend or wandering off on your own, find a way to engrain the memory in your mind.
