A simply sublime day. We woke, drank multiple cups of coffee, soaked in the sun at the Pittock Mansion while tourists made their rounds, and ended up at Cathedral Park. It’s a place not many think of visiting while in Portland, but it holds a special place in my mental map of the city. All I could do was show her these places and hope they would inspire her as much as they do me.
