Peaches diced
Cherries pitted and halved
Garlic
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Honey
Fresh basil

Drizzle olive oil over the bread and toast in the oven or grill. In a bowl mix tomatoes, peaches, cherries, garlic, olive oil, balsamic,basil, salt and black pepper until well combined. Top the toasted bread, drizzle some honey, and enjoy! You can add ricotta or goat cheese per your taste.
