It’s a quinoa bowl kinda a day! I love bowls as you can throw in everything you like and it’s delicious. In my bowl today there is a chicken breast marinated with lime juice, olive oil and taco seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking. You can grill it, bake it or air fry the chicken. My favorite part is that black bean mango mix.

Chili powder
Fresh cilantro
Cotija or feta cheese

Build you bowl with cooked quinoa or other grains. Add sliced chicken and mix of mango and black beans. Squeeze some more lime juice and add fresh cilantro. Enjoy!😍
