Ever since I tried making my own BBQ for the first time I always like to experiment with seasonal flavors. We are in citrus season so I made some orange BBQ sauce that I am planning to use this weekend. Using juice from fresh honeybell oranges in this recipe it was totally worth it. Really finger licking delicious. Where you can use it? Start with ribs, pulled pork, chicken wings and why not roasted cauliflower.

.
2-3 oranges juiced
2-3 minced garlic
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar or honey
1/2 tsp black pepper

.
.
Put everything into a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil. Let it simmer for 30 minutes until nice and thick. Let it cool and keep on the refrigerator for a couple of weeks, if it lasts.
