This tarts are perfect for any parties and they look so pretty too. . . . 1 sheet puff pastry 3-4 pears thinly sliced 4 oz roquefort cheese 1/4 cup walnuts crushed Honey Fresh thyme 1 egg . . . Roll out the puff pastry! Arrange the pears as you like. Spread crumbled cheese over pears. Fold all the corners of puff pastry. Brush all around the dough with egg wash. Drizzle honey all over the pears. Sprinkle with walnuts and fresh thyme and bake in preheated oven at 400F for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
