Roasted fennels! My husband and I are big fan of fennels. We usually eat them raw on salads, but they are quite delicious braised or roasted in the oven. They make a beautiful side dish for any occasion, and they are very easy to prepare. ⬇️

2 fennels quartered
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic grated
Salt and black pepper
Fresh thyme

Place fennels on a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the fennels. Make sure they are coated. In a bowl combine all the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle over the fennels and bake at preheated 350F for 30-40 minutes. Hit SAVE as Thanksgiving is around the corner. Enjoy! 😍
