Leftover salmon dip or I like to call it “rillette”. When you have cooked leftover salmon make this appetizer or you can even turn it into a sandwich. So easy and delicious. My husband totally adored this one. So fresh, lemony, filled with herbs.

1 cup precooked shredded salmon
1/2 cup greek yogurt
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Lemon zest
Diced shallot
Capers
Fresh dill
Salt and black pepper
