We’re not done with grilling till Labor Day I guess. Here we have a dry rub flank steak, a peach and corn salsa to go with, and everything you see on the picture! Yes, you can grill peaches, radishes, scallions and much more!

Dry rub for flank steak
Salt and black pepper
Cumin
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Chili powder

Grilled peaches
Grilled corn
Red onion
Jalapeño
Avocado
Cilantro
Lime juice

Rub flank steak with dry rub both sides. Let it rest 30 minutes before grilling. Depends on the thickness grill the steak 5 minutes each side for medium rare. Let it rest 10 minutes before cutting. Dice and chop all ingredients for salsa. Transfer in bowl a give it a nice stir. Happy Sunday!
