Over the last decade the A-State Bands have experienced tremendous growth! We have repeatedly surpassed all-time enrollment records; performed and represented our university at 8 consecutive bowl games; and increased opportunities for students to perform in band. With this level of growth comes a need for instruments for our students. Today we are launching our crowdfunding project, Instruments for the Pack. We are excited to begin this campaign in an effort to raise a minimum of $3,000 in less than 30 days. These funds will directly support efforts to purchase new and repair existing instruments for our students. As an example, our growth has been so substantial that recently students have had to use instruments that were purchased in the 1950’s and 60’s by our legendary director emeritus Donald R. Minx.
