I returned and just received a refund for my most recent purchase of alcohol for the first time in my life. The other day, I posted on my story that I have not been well and that I’ve stopped drinking alcohol for 15 days. It’s not much, but this is actually a new record for me in years of drinking. Well I’m here now to announce that I’m going to extend that for 90 more days. I’m not confident just yet to say that I’m quitting drinking forever but I believe posting it to the public about this 90 day challenge will keep me stay accountable. I’ve seen many people say they are taking a break from drinking or never drinking again only to drink again the next day or week. This is not going to be me. Many of my fellow drinking buddies will be surprised and will tell me I’m not going to make it, but I need this. Pray for me. It’s time to make some real changes.
