You have to love yourself enough to want more and set the goals to change.
Many of you have set new year resolution and already failed. You set the really big goal and already become discouraged on how to accomplish it. This why I don’t set new year resolution, I set weekly and monthly goals. Start with the simple things, like becoming consistent at just waking up on time to have breakfast before work or running one mile a day. After accomplishing the little things daily you will achieve your goal for the year.
No its not going to be easy! It’s up to you to keep yourself motivated every single day!! .
