So much to do, so little time. We often find ourselves rushing through our to do lists trying to quickly check our tasks and we can find ourselves burned-out and exhausted by the time the holidays are here.
During this time we need to remind ourselves self-care needs to be a priority. Self-care means taking care of yourself emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Take this opportunity to carve out time in your schedule this week for exercise and to make an effort to take deep nourishing breaths throughout the day.
