This Winter Term, students from the Miami student chapter of Engineers Without Borders ewb.miamioh traveled to their partner community in Uganda. They worked alongside community members, local professionals, local students, and professional mentors to continue implementing a clean water project that brings water to over 2,000 people. The students designed the system in Oxford under the guidance of professional mentors and ensured that the project meets the community’s demands and will be sustainable for future generations.
