Switch-up: We’re ending the summer with some small-town views. For the month of August, I will be on a remote work program called Wilds are Working. The program raises awareness about the PA Wilds being a great place for remote and non-remote workers to live, work, and play. Funded through a grant from the Appalachian Regional Commission, the PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship gives a cohort of remote workers one month worth of housing, local business stipends, outdoor activities, coworking spaces & just general good small-town vibes. So this month, Thatcher and I will be taking a break from city life in St. Mary’s PA alongside former-colleague-turned-best-friend klein_rose .
