Jon here has a wonderful swing (and how about his confidence hitting next to that car?!) - there are just a few things to tighten up that I know will help him, and many of you, become more consistent. The main area I'd like Jon to focus on is this "floating" motion at the top of his backswing, which can make it difficult to control the club face. Here's a great drill to get you setting that club earlier in the backswing, giving you much more control over the shaft and leaving less room for excess movement.
