Sunrise in Texas! Contractors poured concrete on the US 87/SH 158 bridge in Sterling City starting at 4:30am this morning. The widening of this bridge is part of a larger project to widen SH 158 to a four-lane undivided highway between Sterling City and Midland. The 46 mile project is expected to be completed in February 2016. #connectingcommunities #TxDOT
