Community leaders held a ribbon cutting for the Cow Bayou swing bridge in Bridge City. The bridge was originally built in 1940 and is one of less than a handful like it in the state. It has been completely rehabilitated and will open to the public before school starts in a little over a week. #BridgeCity #TxDOT #SwingBridge
