TxDOT crews were out working this morning assessing damage to FM 2288 at the North Concho River in San Angelo. As flood waters receded overnight, pavement was pulled off and debris filled the roadway. We are hoping to have the road opened in a few hours. #sanangelo #flooding #txwxMay2015 #txdot
