Winning as a player is special. Winning on the other side on staff is a different type of feeling that is even more special. These girls were tested, doubted, and challenged, and they put up a freaking fight until the very end. I couldn’t be more proud to be apart of this group and the real passion that they show on the field every single day. It’s who they are, and for them to be able to be themselves on the biggest stage in softball is inspiring. Only if everyone knew the heart that these women have.
